Ms. Posner joined RDC in June 2017 and previously served as Project Manager, focusing on passenger-related projects in the USA and researching new areas of investment, while supporting RDC's portfolio of companies in the USA, Europe and Latin America. In her new position she will lead strategic planning and other initiatives in the fields of infrastructure and agriculture for both RDC and The Hawthorne Group, the parent company of RDC.

Ms. Posner also serves as President of Pop-Up Metro LLC, a newly formed subsidiary which develops fast-start rail transit projects.

Prior to joining RDC, Ms. Posner was a Program Associate and Grants Manager at the Pisces Foundation where she supported program strategy and grant portfolio development and evaluation, foundation communications, and program operations. Additionally, she was responsible for all aspects of grants management including grant contracts, program budgets, legal review, and database management for the Foundation's $15 million grantmaking portfolio.

Before the Pisces Foundation, she worked in Kenya developing renewable energy microgrid systems at SteamaCo (formerly access:energy), a startup renewable energy and technology company based in Kisumu.

Ms. Posner holds a BSE in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Princeton University with certificates in Africa Studies and Sustainable Energy. She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Columbia University.
